Technology Fee: $4 per credit hour

Interterm scholarships are available
Application deadline: May 11, 2012.

Dean's, Vision, and Persistence Scholarships may be used for
Interterm courses offered at The Women's College.

Federal and state financial aid, including loans and grants, cannot be
applied to Interterm courses. In addition, Interterm courses do not
count toward the 6.0 credit hour quarterly minimum for federal and

PREREQUISITES
Students are responsible for completing course prerequisites before registering for a course. Students may be removed from a course, at the instructor's discretion, for which they have not fulfilled the prerequisite coursework.

Failure to attend a class or pay tuition does not constitute an official
drop or cancellation of tuition or associated fees.

WITHDRAWAL DATES & DEADLINES

To withdraw from any course, students must do so before 4:30pm on the dates listed below:

100% refund: through June 24, 2012 by 4:30pm
75% refund: from June 25 through June 30, 2012 by 4:30pm
50% refund: from July 2 through July 3, 2012 by 4:30pm
Zero refund: from July 4 through end of term

The last day to withdraw from a regular session course is July 27, 2012, with instructor approval. Different withdrawal dates apply to accelerated courses.
