Students may withdraw from any Interterm course and receive a 100% refund through 4:30pm on the first day of class. No refunds are given after the first class meeting.

100% refund: Class withdrawal by 4:30pm prior to the first class meeting
Zero refund: Class withdrawal after the first class meeting

Tuition: $467 per credit hour
Technology Fee: $4 per credit hour

ACCELERATED COURSE
WITHDRAWAL DATES AND DEADLINES


For 3 week, 4 week, and 5 week courses, withdrawal and refund deadlines are as follows:

100% refund: Class withdrawal until 4:30 pm six (6) days after the first class session. Class will not appear on transcript.
Zero refund: Class withdrawal beginning the seventh (7th) day after the first class session. Grade is recorded as a withdrawal (W) on transcript.

The last day to withdraw from a 5-week course is one week before the last class session.

The last day to withdraw from a 4-week and 3-week course is three (3) days before the last class session.

Students are responsible for completing course prerequisites before registering for a course. Students may be removed from a course, at the instructor's discretion, for which they have not fulfilled the prerequisite coursework.

WAIT LIST
If a course is closed, students may sign up for the wait list through the on-line registration system or call  303.871.6430 or 303.871.6032. An adviser will contact students if space becomes available.

HOLDS
Holds that prevent registration can be viewed in the student tab on webcentral under Registration Status. Contact the Advising Office at 303.871.6430 or 303.871.6032 for academic and incomplete file holds.

WITHDRAWAL
Currently enrolled students who need to stop-out from classes for the next quarter should contact their adviser at 303.871.6430 or 303.871.6032 to complete a withdrawal form.

FAILURE TO ATTEND
Failure to attend a class or pay tuition does not constitute an official
drop or cancellation of tuition or associated fees.

WITHDRAWAL DATES & DEADLINES

To withdraw from any course, students must do so before 4:30pm on the dates listed below:

100% refund: through January 8, 2012 by 4:30pm
75% refund: from January 9 to January 15, 2012 by 4:30pm
50% refund: from January 16 to January 17, 2012 by 4:30pm
Zero refund: from January 18 through the end of term

The last day to withdraw from a regular session course is February 27, 2012, by 4:30pm, with instructor approval. Different withdrawal dates apply to accelerated courses.
