Where do I find class schedules and degree planning guides?
Visit the Current Students homepage and look under Quick Links.  There you will find several helpful links not only for class schedules and degree planning guides. You can also view class schedules by clicking on to Current Students, then Academic Planning and using the drop down menu, click Course Schedules.

How do I register?
Register for classes using MyWeb. You can find more detailed instructions on the DU Registrar's website. For more information regarding registration for classes click here.

How do I withdraw from a class?
Contact your academic adviser to withdraw from a class. Find withdrawal deadlines  here.

How do I apply for graduation?
You need to plan for graduation and meet with your adviser to receive a graduation checklist. If you are planning to graduate within three quarters, then complete the on-line  application. For more information on preparing for graduation click here.

If I am enrolled in a bachelor's program, can I also earn a certificate?
Yes, any student can earn a certficate, even those not working toward their bachelor's.  For more information click here.

How do I make an appointment with an academic advisor?
Make an appointment either through e-mail or telephone, your adviser's contact information can be found here.

When do classes start?
The academic quarter always start on Fridays and you can also consult the academic calendar.

How do I get my DU transcripts?

  • Current students should click on the Student Records link on the MyWeb tab of webCentral.
  • Alumni can log onto MyWeb directly to order transcripts. You will need your nine-digit DU ID number and pass code or use the transcript order form.

Official Transcripts cost $6.00 per copy and Unofficial Transcripts cost $1.00 per copy.

You also have the option to print the online Transcript Order Form and mail, fax or bring it to the Office of the Registrar. Transcript Order Forms are also available in the Registrar's office. Original copy and payment must be received by mail to finalize faxed requests. Transcripts will not be sent until payment is received. We are located on the garden level of University Hall. 

Financial Aid

How do I file a FAFSA?
The fastest way to file is by going directly to the FAFSA website at www.fafsa.ed.gov

How many credits do I need to have in order to receive financial aid?
In order to qualify for aid, you need to be seeking your degree and enrolled in at least 6 credits.

General Information

Where is parking located near The Women's College?
To park on campus, obtain a parking permit here. Permits are available for nights and weekends only, or for specific days of the week. There is also a metered lot located across the street from The Women's College.

Where do I get a DU ID (Pioneer Card)?
Visit the Pioneer Card office located at Driscoll Center or call 303-871-4545. You must be registered for classes and bring a photo ID to receive your card. 

Where do I purchase books for classes?
Textbooks are available at the DU Bookstore, which is located in the Driscoll Center. Visit them online  here.

How do I access Blackboard?
Your DU ID is your Blackboard Username and your DU Pass code is your Bb Password. Below are options for accessing your Blackboard course containers.

1) Direct Access to Blackboard
Go to http://blackboard.du.edu. Click the Login button and enter your DU ID and pass code.

2) Log into WebCentral and click on the Courses Tab
Important: If you are taking an online exam in Blackboard, do not access Blackboard via webCentral.

3) Go through The Women's College website at http://womenscollege.du.edu/students/  on the home page there is a Quick Link for Blackboard.  Follow the procedures above to login.

What is Blackboard?
Blackboard is an online learning program that allows instructors to create web-based content for their courses (syllabus, assignments, exams, lectures, outlines, presentations, images, web links, etc.). Blackboard also facilitates online communication through the email and discussion boards. 

Who should I contact if my DU e-mail is not working or if I am having trouble accessing Blackboard?
