The Colorado Women's College Alumnae Association database is the property of the Office of Alumni/Parent Relations of the University of Denver. Any requests for use of the database received by CWCAA or the Office of Alumni/Parent Relations of the University of Denver (or his/her designee) must be in writing and reviewed within a reasonable period of time by the Executive Committee of the CWCAA Board. The Executive Committee will make a recommendation to the CWCAA Board within a reasonable period of time regarding the request. Should the CWCAA decide to share the CWCAA database with an outside party, a reasonable fee will be assessed to the requesting party.

Prevailing standards of individual privacy will be observed.
