Maintaining Balance in Your Academic and Home Life
All students at The Women's College balance and manage many things while pursuing an education. Wellness becomes important, in terms of taking care of yourself, while also getting the most out your academic experience. As part of our holistic approach to your education, The Women's College is committed to helping you maintain balance while in our learning community.
Daniel L. Ritchie Sports and Wellness Center
Offering programs for both youth and adults, the Ritchie Center houses a gymnasium, ice rinks, the multipurpose natatorium and the 14,500 square foot Coors Fitness Center. The Recreation for Life program offers classes in aerobics, cross-country skiing, youth programs and popular activities. Membership to the Ritchie Center is free for students taking at least six credit hours. A discounted membership plan is available for students enrolled for less than six quarter credit hours.

Health and Counseling Services
Health and Counseling Services offers a variety of health care for students on a fee-for-service basis. A quarterly student health fee, voluntary for students of The Women's College, also covers many services. In addition, all students may choose to enroll in a Student Health Insurance Plan (premium payment required). Supplemental Health Insurance for a student's spouse and/or dependent children is also available.
